BUFFALO, N.Y. — On March 21st, an area group will rejoice people who’ve three copies of the 21st chromosome in a singular tailgate-style get together.
Gigi’s Playhouse plans to host celebrations for World Down Syndrome Day that Sunday from 11 a.m. to midday, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and a pair of p.m. to three p.m. within the College at Buffalo Anderson Gallery car parking zone (behind Gigi’s Playhouse).
“Down syndrome happens when there are three copies of the 21st chromosome. Yearly, on March 21st (or three/21), the world comes collectively to rejoice those that have Down syndrome and produce consciousness to those that might not know a lot about it,” mentioned GiGi’s Playhouse Buffalo’s Board President Will Mondschein.
